Privacy policy

TerraRisk AI is a student cloud-computing project. This page explains what we keep.

What we store

• Your name, email address and chosen persona.
• The parcels you analyse (their shape, location, results and any PDF report you create).
• Your subscription plan, payment records and remaining searches. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored by us.
• Technical error messages, and chatbot questions the assistant could not answer, so we can fix and improve the service.

Who can see it

Your parcels are shown only to your account. Project administrators can access stored data when they operate and maintain the service. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

Map pictures load from online map providers, satellite data comes through Google Earth Engine, and advice or chatbot answers may use an AI language model. Place searches on the map are sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim.

Your choices

You can delete any parcel yourself on My Saved Parcels. To delete your whole account, email support@terrarisk.ai from your registered address.
