TerraRisk AI is a student cloud-computing project.

1. What the service is

TerraRisk AI estimates climate and flood-type risk for land from satellite-scale data. Results are screening estimates for decision support only.

2. Not professional advice

Scores, charts, advice and PDF certificates are not an engineering survey, insurance quote or legal document. Confirm important decisions with a qualified local professional.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the information you enter. Please do not misuse the service or try to overload it.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. A plan's analyses reset each billing month and unused ones do not carry over; free signup searches do not expire. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. While the site runs in demo mode, checkout does not charge any money.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is. It may change or be unavailable at times, and results may differ when the data sources change.
